Terms and conditions

Online shop

All online purchases require a debit or credit card that can be accepted by Paypal. We are also happy to take orders by mail. Mail order payments must be by cheque or postal order. Please contact us for details.

International orders

We accept international orders. Please simply fill in our registration as normal.

Postage Costs

We use Royal Mail to send out most orders. Postage costs are based on the package wieght and destination. The product weights are displayed in the online shop. Customers can find the postage cost by either registering and filling in an order or by adding the weight values of the products manually and consulting the Royal Mail price calculator for an up to date pricing. Actual shipping may vary slightly from manually calculated estimates made using the Royal Mail shipping costs, but the difference will be marginal and usually less than estimated. All product prices shown include packaging costs.

Delivery

We try to dispatch all items within seven business days (Monday to Friday) of the payment clearing. However, often large orders will mean dispatch can be put back. All the casting and order filling is handled at Ramshackle Games by a single person, so depending on back log form other customers, despatch may in some extreme cases take up to 28 days. Payments made by cheque are subject to clearing so the order may take longer to complete. If you have any issues please email Ramshackle Games using our contact form.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation by email. We use Royal Mail, so please allow 28 days after this for delivery.

Stock

Occasionally, we may be out of stock of one of your items. If this happens, we will contact you and advise of when we expect the item to arrive. We will dispatch your order as soon as the item is back in stock. You may request separate deliveries of your items at this time.

Should any item ordered be out of stock for longer than 30 business days, we will contact you immediately and offer you a full refund for that item. This is not subject to the minimum processing fee charge.
