Terms and conditions

Online shop

All online purchases require a debit or credit card that can be accepted by Paypal. All orders are subject to a minimum order value of £5 for the UK and Eire, £10 for the E.U. and £15 for the rest of the world. We are also happy to take orders by mail. Mail order payments must be by cheque or postal order. Please contact us for details.

International orders

We accept international orders but must add a premium of 15% to the overall order value to cover postage and packing. We will invoice you for this separately. You have the option to refuse for a full refund less the payment processing fee (minimum £1).

Delivery

All items are shipped within three business days (Monday to Friday) of the payment clearing. Payments made by cheque are subject to clearing so the order will take longer to complete.

Stock

Occasionally, we may be out of stock of one of your items. If this happens, we will contact you and advise of when we expect the item to arrive. We will dispatch your order as soon as the item is back in stock. You may request separate deliveries of your items at this time.

Should any item ordered be out of stock for longer than 30 business days, we will contact you immediately and offer you a full refund for that item. This is not subject to the minimum processing fee charge.
